Episode 04: Matt Marasco: Family Business and Big Oil
Matt Marasco joined the ROC executive team as the Vice President of Operations in April 2023. He brings with him many esteemed credentials such as Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS) and Oil Monitoring Analyst (OMA-1). As a young man, Matt started his career in his family’s wholesale fuel and oil distributorship in Price, Utah where they grew the business to sale in 2006. After decades of working in his family business Matt continued working as a Jobber for a larger Regional Distributor for the next 7 years. He then took on his dream of working for big oil in 2013, where he held Field Service Director and Technical Sales Director positions with Phillips 66. Matt specialised in services the Power and Mining customer segments with P66. After 10 years of working in Big Oil, Matt decided to return working for a family run business and continue his path as a legacy Jobber.
