Jason Case was named Chief Executive Officer of ROC in 2023. ROC is a multi generational family business focused on wholesale energy distribution (JOBBER). Prior to his role as CEO, he served as VP of Operations and the Controller of Rebel Oil Company. In addition to his role at ROC, Mr. Case serves on the Nevada Department of Environmental Protection Petroleum Fund Board and is the Nevada Board representative for Energy Marketers of America.

Before joining the ROC team, Mr. Case served various management roles in Marketing and Accounting. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the California State University Long Beach, studied Supply Chain at the University of Hamburg Germany and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Reno.
